Talent Toppers is dedicated to founding, funding, and building data and AI-native startups. They are seeking a Head of Founder Network & Venture Talent who will identify and engage high-potential founders and build a co-founder pipeline, driving strategic conversations to convert exceptional operators into venture-building partners.

Responsibilities
Lead their talent-to-company formation program, Signal, and facilitate workflows between partners, founders, and talent to ensure high-velocity company formation
Write high-quality solution memos synthesizing founder signals, venture hypotheses, and team formation insights
Identify and engage high-potential founders, operators, technologists, and builders across diverse ecosystems
Run deep discovery conversations that test founder mindset, leadership compatibility, collaboration style, and venture-building potential
Build and own the end-to-end founder pipeline: market mapping, outreach, relationship building, and final evaluation alongside the Partners
Partner with Marketing to shape and iterate it’s founder-talent narrative, and design targeted touchpoints: content, roundtables, events-meetups and brand moments that attract exceptional co-founders and founding teams
Open and experiment with unconventional talent channels and networks like open-source communities, product communities, consulting networks, ex-founder circles
Develop a deep understanding of what makes a founder succeed within company and source talent capable of avoiding historical failure patterns (e.g., product-market fit, leadership misalignment, rigidity, etc.)
Qualification
Required
7-9 years experience in high-caliber, high-touch roles: consulting, founder office, chief-of-staff, venture talent or recruiting for niche, high-value roles
A naturally extroverted, hunter-style personality who is comfortable networking anywhere, anytime
A “doer” mentality with very-high clock-speed, strong synthesis capabilities, and a strong growth mindset
Ability to drive strategic conversations, think 3 layers deep, and influence highly technical or entrepreneurial talent across the engineering, product and GTM community
Preferred
High-energy, proactive, and thrives in high-ownership environments
Confident and credible extroverted communicator who can build new connections and hold their own in conversations with highly technical or entrepreneurial talent
Curious, strategic, fast learner who enjoys experimentation and able to synthesise quickly
Comfortable with ambiguity, creative sourcing, and navigating non-linear paths to exceptional talent
