Responsibilities
Own a sales pipeline end-to-end: tracking, follow-ups, next steps, closing loops
Write and iterate on customer-facing docs: onboarding notes, one-pagers, explainers
Ship comms: twitter threads, product updates, announcements
Handle misc operator tasks: contracts, vendors, coordination
Qualification
Required
Extremely organized operator
Ability to aggressively push sales and GTM pipelines
Ownership of a sales pipeline end-to-end: tracking, follow-ups, next steps, closing loops
Ability to write and iterate on customer-facing docs: onboarding notes, one-pagers, explainers
Ability to ship communications: twitter threads, product updates, announcements
Handle miscellaneous operator tasks: contracts, vendors, coordination
Ability to shape the role based on interest in GTM systems or chief-of-staff responsibilities
Unusually organized
Relentless about follow-ups
Comfortable operating in the founder's inbox
Experience running pipeline in a high-velocity environment
Ability to write clearly and quickly and keep clean notes
Ability to move fast, stay calm, and not drop balls
