Start in 2027 SpringAnders is a full-service accounting firm delivering tax, audit, and advisory services. They are seeking a motivated intern for their State and Local Tax Department to assist with tax returns, data analysis, and multi-state tax projects.

Responsibilities
Prepare sales/use tax returns
Analyze data, perform tax research, and assist in tax planning
Collaborate on multi-state tax projects, like refund reviews, tax compliance, nexus reviews, voluntary disclosures, audit defense, and assessment appeals
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled in an accounting curriculum at the rising junior level or higher (Graduating May 2028 or earlier)
Plan to pursue CPA
Minimum of 25 hours/week required
