Responsibilities
Be responsible for the execution of Lettuce’s guest lifecycle and direct response marketing programs across email and SMS
Develop, lead, and execute high-impact email and SMS campaigns designed to foster personal connections with our guests
Have complete oversight over workflow skills, strategy development and implementation, creative content and rigorous data analysis
Develop, lead and execute Lettuce email/SMS campaigns and programs, including creating targeted audience segments; developing targeted marketing campaigns and executing A/B and other testing, using data analysis and reporting insights and sharing best practices with the team; identifying opportunities, improving engagement and connections with our guests; and managing various email/SMS calendars, cadence and content creation
Develop and implement a segmentation and personalization strategy to target relevant guests for email/SMS campaigns and optimize performance
Create strategies to optimize guest journeys and execute data-driven predictive experiences
Create effective email/SMS marketing campaigns to promote Lettuce
Manage review and approval process for email/SMS content, including proofreading emails and SMS messages; testing all links for quality assurance and accuracy; and ensuring that all messages are mobile-friendly and optimized for all platforms
Track and analyze direct and interactive email/SMS marketing campaigns and share insights with the team
Coordinate and monitor the growth, maintenance, integrity and security of several marketing databases
Model and promote teamwork across all teams
Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy
Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed
Occasionally retrieve and distribute files or office supplies weighing up to 10 pounds
Qualification
Required
5+ years of email and SMS technical experience
Experienced with creating targeted audience segments
Skilled in developing targeted marketing campaigns and executing A/B and other testing
Ability to create strategies to optimize and execute data-driven predictive experiences
