Oversee day-to-day engineering operations related to mold tooling and injection molding, ensuring smooth execution of production support and process improvements
Provide technical guidance, monitor team performance, and implement corrective actions to optimize manufacturing efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve engineering challenges, support quality control measures, and ensure timely project execution
All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training
