Responsibilities
Prepare and validate commission earnings to ensure accuracy
Handle inquiries and process adjustments related to sales and finance
Generate detailed reports and commission statements
Ensure the sales organization's target incentives and reporting hierarchy are accurately maintained
Assist in system testing for compensation-related changes to improve and automate commission processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
At least one year of related experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
Preferred
Experience in a sales, finance, or accounting-related role preferred
Familiarity with AS/400, TrueComp, and ChangePoint systems
