Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding
Utilize ATS and AI tools to streamline the hiring process
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Provide feedback and coaching to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Assist in creating job descriptions and interview plans
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Support teams with additional recruiting efforts as needed
Participate in recruitment events and initiatives
Qualification
Required
2-5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a tech or AI-forward environment
Familiarity with ATS systems and AI recruiting tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Interest in learning and utilizing new AI recruiting technologies
Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels
