Responsibilities

Drive, track, and manage Work in Progress (WIP) from delivery to completion
Facilitate daily and weekly production goals and ensure plan execution
Keep leadership informed of priorities and provide status updates
Coordinate with internal teams (MRP, ME, QE, TE, Management) and external teams (Program, Engineering) to resolve hardware issues
Perform look-ahead analysis to prevent potential roadblocks
Participate in the Operations Excellence Team (OET) and contribute to process improvements
Take ownership of Idle Jobs metrics and actively handle hardware on the floor

Required

Preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, VE-CAMs, or Automation Framework
Meet the physical requirements of this role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs
Secret clearance or above
