Responsibilities

Perform manual and automated testing to validate products against specifications and feature requirements
Write master data test plans and maintain comprehensive documentation in designated tools
Develop automated regression test scripts and procedures for creating and maintaining testing data
Participate in business process redesign efforts and assist stakeholders in evaluating system enhancement impacts
Execute user acceptance, functional, regression, and usability testing
Evaluate both technology changes and related process or role modifications
Validate updated “to‑be” processes and ensure they align with business expectations
Interpret business requirements and system documentation to support end‑user materials and knowledge libraries
Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams to clarify requirements and ensure accuracy of production migrations
Work with technical teams and subject matter experts to refine and confirm business requirements

Required

5+ years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise projects
5+ years of experience writing master data test plans
5+ years of experience reviewing business and technical documentation
5+ years of experience independently scheduling UAT tasks and risk-based testing
5+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
5+ years of experience extracting and documenting business rules and mapping data transformations
5+ years of experience preparing professional written correspondence
5+ years of strong interpersonal and communication skills
5+ years of experience working independently with minimal supervision
3+ years of experience using third-party tools and system utilities
3+ years of experience proposing solutions across multiple platforms
