They are seeking a Social Media & Marketing Intern to support content and growth efforts across various platforms by researching trends, creating content, and engaging with the community.

Responsibilities
Actively identify emerging social media trends, formats, memes, and viral moments
Track trending audios, sounds, hooks, and content styles relevant to our niche
Share trend insights with the team and recommend how we can adapt them for our brand
Help edit short-form video content, including founder-led content
Assist with trimming clips, adding captions, hooks, and basic text overlays
Optimize content for platform-specific best practices
Write engaging, on-brand captions that drive engagement and conversation
Adapt captions to different tones (educational, casual, viral, promotional)
Experiment with hooks, CTAs, and storytelling formats
Post content across brand and secondary accounts to test formats and trends
Experiment with different posting styles, audios, and accounts to identify what performs best
Support community engagement (likes, comments, replies when needed)
Assist with social media calendars and content planning
Analyze performance and help identify what’s working and what’s not
Support other marketing initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Extremely online (TikTok, Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Naturally notices trends before they go mainstream
Comfortable using social media editing tools (CapCut, native TikTok editor, etc.)
Strong written communication skills and a good sense of internet culture
Organized, proactive, and excited to test and iterate
Interested in startups, creators, marketing, or brand building
Preferred
Experience running your own social accounts
Basic video editing or graphic design skills
Interest in creator-led brands or founder-driven content
