Responsibilities
Develop and execute TEWATT's North America market entry and growth strategy
Establish and manage a high‑quality distributor / dealer network across the U.S. and Canada
Identify priority industries (construction, mining, drilling, oil & gas, rental, utilities, infrastructure)
Recruit, onboard, and manage distributors, rental partners, and service partners
Define commercial policies, pricing strategies, channel incentives, and territory structures
Support distributors with training, product positioning, and sales tools
Drive revenue growth in North America in line with global targets
Support major distributor accounts and strategic customers
Develop key project opportunities and fleet sales with large customers and rental companies
Establish after‑sales service standards through local partners
Support spare parts availability and dealer technical capabilities
Build TEWATT's brand recognition and credibility in the U.S. market
Work closely with HQ on product localization, certifications, logistics, and supply planning
Provide market feedback to support fast product iteration and adaptation
Assist in the rollout of Turkey‑based assembly supply for U.S. customers
Qualification
Required
Prior employment with at least one of the following companies: Atlas Copco (USA), Sullair USA, Doosan Infracore Portable Power (Doosan Portable Power)
At least 5 years of sales or commercial experience in the air compressor industry
Strong understanding of portable / industrial air compressors
Preferred
Experience working with distributor‑based sales models
Familiarity with the North America rental channel
Experience in construction, mining, drilling, or oil & gas equipment
Ability to operate independently in a start‑up / build‑from‑scratch environment
Willingness to work remotely without local organizational infrastructure
