Responsibilities
Analyze system behavior across policy administration and related platforms to identify and document root causes
Perform end‑to‑end transaction analysis and communicate findings to development teams
Conduct requirement analysis for insurance product changes, particularly annuity and life products
Collaborate with vendors to determine required updates and support system design activities
Analyze data feeds and resolve data issues impacting system performance
Serve as a primary point of contact for production issues and system inquiries
Perform defect analysis, propose enhancements, and support functional testing
Create process flows, SOPs, training materials, and maintain high‑quality system documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (required)
5+ years of system analysis or business systems analysis experience
Ability to analyze system behavior without performing coding or configuration changes
Preferred
Insurance background; annuity and life experience preferred
Experience with Policy Administration Systems (FAST strongly preferred)
