Responsibilities

Act as a true hunter — proactively generate net-new opportunities, open doors in greenfield accounts, and build Conversys’ U.S. customer base from scratch
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Build, manage, and expand a pipeline of qualified prospects across multiple industries
Conduct proactive outreach through networking, events, referrals, and outbound activity
Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure customer success
Represent Conversys at industry events, conferences, and partner activities
Provide market feedback to leadership to refine our U.S. go-to-market model

Required

2+ years of sales experience in ICT, cybersecurity, or technology solutions
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving growth
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of the U.S. market and local business culture
Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Preferred

Experience selling cybersecurity, cloud, managed services, or software development solutions
Experience working in a growing company or expansion environment
Comfort operating as both hunter and territory builder with minimal structure
Relevant technical or sales certifications are a plus
