We are looking for a highly knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert in Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team and help us push the boundaries of what's possible with natural language processing.

Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on developing, evaluating, writing white papers, and deploying LLMs for various applications such as text generation, sentiment analysis, chatbots, and more
Lead the design, development, and optimization of LLMs for diverse applications
Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field of natural language processing and large language models
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to define requirements and specifications for LLM applications
Evaluate existing LLM frameworks and recommend modifications to enhance efficiency and performance
Conduct training workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to educate team members on LLM technologies and best practices
Assist in building and maintaining documentation regarding LLM projects, algorithms, and methodologies
Implement best practices for model training, fine-tuning, and deployment in real-world scenarios
Analyze user feedback and experiment data to refine models and improve user experience
Qualification
Required
Eligible for Secret Clearance
US Citizenship: Required
Extensive experience (5+ years) working with LLMs and natural language processing techniques
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field
Excellent communication skills and ability to write technical white papers
Lead the design, development, and optimization of LLMs for diverse applications
Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field of natural language processing and large language models

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with libraries like Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Deep understanding of language modeling concepts, architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT), and their applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) for deploying ML solutions is a plus
Previous experience in mentoring or leading AI/ML projects is beneficial
