Seeking a strong technical SAP Data Services consultant with extensive hands-on experience on BODS
Strong SQL, analytical, and communication skills
Experience in designing and developing complex jobs in SAP DS
Experience in working with different functions and transformations
Exposure to integrating Data Services with different applications like SAP ECC, SAP BW, and different Databases like MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres, etc
Have a strong background in optimizing Data Services jobs by using best practices
Have experience in leading a team of onsite and offshore developers
Able to prioritize and manage Candidate's time effectively while working on multiple projects/interfaces at the same time
Effectively delegate work to offshore developers, review their code, and ensure quality code is delivered following all the coding standards
Self-motivated and have a strong sense of accountability
Able to work independently with little guidance
Quick leaner and can get to the speed fast
Detail oriented and thorough in Candidate's work
This is a Lead role for the Integration area, no production support, no migration requirement
