Mid, Senior LevelIMCS Group is seeking a Finance Manager II to lead and execute complex finance projects while collaborating with cross-functional partners. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and driving efficiency improvements in finance processes.

Responsibilities
Independently plan, lead and execute on complex finance projects collaborating across the *** Services and relevant cross-functional partners
Operate with a deep understanding of core FP&A planning principles, processes and deliverables such as budgeting/forecasting, accruals and close, variance analysis, approvals, and reporting
Identify improvement and efficiency opportunities and drive alignment & roadmaps for key planning responsibilities
Develop strong stakeholder relationships, maintaining effective communication channels
Prepare detailed analyses, plans, milestones, deliverables and overall status updates for projects
Partner closely with other project teams such as Finance, Procurement and sourcing to prioritize/plan/execute cross-functional projects
Qualification
Required

Partner closely with other project teams such as Finance, Procurement and sourcing to prioritize/plan/execute cross-functional projects
Experience with building financial models to track forecast, actuals and accruals
Skilled in building excel models, proficiency in other reporting tools is a plus
Proactive thinker who is able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
Detail oriented and strong organizational, collaboration, problem solving and communication skills
Must have good experience with excel
Preferred
Nice to have prior vendor management exposure
Tableau is nice to have but not required
