Responsibilities
Provide design thinking informed by user insights to contribute to the overall brand and product strategy, acting as a thought leader across the organization
Bring ideas to life using sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and presentations to communicate clearly with both creative teams and less design-fluent stakeholders
Act as the internal authority on brand guidelines, creating resources that empower collaborators while evolving design systems to scale global production efforts
Partner directly with the executive team and various business/product groups to lead design initiatives for B2B marketing and high-profile events
Execute cohesive design experiences for a wide range of users—from developers to admins—ensuring brand consistency across various platform boundaries
Qualification
Required
A professional portfolio showcasing beautiful, compelling design work across various mediums
Proven experience building and maintaining scalable design systems, guidelines, and responsive web/email assets
Solid experience in all aspects of graphic design, with a heavy emphasis on brand design and visual system development
Expert-level skills in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to design according to strict business and technical requirements while maintaining comfort in environments with high ambiguity
Preferred
Experience leading and mentoring junior designers and successfully managing collaborations with external agency partners
Proven track record of managing outward communication for design changes, agency briefings, and brand onboarding for internal teams
Exceptional ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders, effectively receiving and adapting work based on diverse feedback
