Responsibilities
Provide effective, comprehensive support to the department head, maintaining confidential files and honoring the integrity of all information
Manage and prepare executive communications, presentations, reports, calendars and other materials, including screening incoming calls, assisting or directing callers appropriately, and managing a heavy volume of emails with prioritization, archiving, and retrieval
Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, from flights and hotel reservations to passport and visa applications, using independent judgment to resolve issues and relieve the Executive of extraneous matters
Reconcile expenses and submit reimbursable items for processing, ensuring accuracy and timely handling
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
Two (2) years of prior relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative experience
Ability to communicate effectively, concisely and logically in a timely manner and at an appropriate level, while maintaining confidentiality
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all business contacts
