The University of Missouri-Kansas City is seeking applications for an endowed chair faculty position in entrepreneurship and innovation at the rank of Associate or Full Professor. The role involves developing and delivering entrepreneurship programs that prepare students and professionals for leadership, emphasizing an entrepreneurial perspective and innovative management skills.

Responsibilities
Develop, deliver and administer entrepreneurship programs
Train and encourage students to develop an entrepreneurial perspective and innovative management skills
Engage and collaborate with faculty to further pedagogical goals
Qualification
Required
PhD or DBA in business (or a related discipline) with a focus on entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology from an institution where the business school is accredited by AACSB or EQUIS
Evidence of instructional effectiveness. Candidates also must demonstrate the potential to effectively utilize different teaching modalities and to address the needs of students from across a broad portfolio of programs and from many different backgrounds
The candidate must have an established and active research program with a significant portfolio of publications in top-tier outlets
Candidates must demonstrate capabilities needed for engaging with entrepreneurs and key stakeholders in the region's entrepreneurship ecosystems
