Responsibilities

Assess finance business needs and provide technical recommendations that augment and enhance productivity, efficiency and effectiveness and lead implementation of preferred solution. Assist users with change and adoption efforts
Build and maintain positive, constructive partnering relationships with business units and have a deep understanding of their work environment, strategic goals, and data systems
Translate data into simplified and summarized information to assist academic and administrative departments in making informed decisions
Coordinate and prioritize reporting initiatives; develop, deliver, and maintain complex reports for the Finance department and the greater campus community, using query tools and college reporting systems such as Cognos and Power BI
Act as the liaison between the Finance department and the ITS and lead periodic maintenance, system upgrades and training for all Finance functions within the college ERP system
Design and enforce policies, procedures and systems to safeguard organization financial information against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure
Lead PCI Compliance work with our campus partners

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field
3 years of experience in a related field
One year of relevant work experience may be substituted for one year of required education (OR) one year of relevant academic coursework beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted for one year of required professional experience
