The HR Manager will oversee human resources operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations, while advising management on employee relations and leading recruitment and training initiatives.

Responsibilities
Oversees human resources operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations
Advises management on employee relations, supports performance management and compensation programs, and leads recruitment, training, and career development initiatives
Develops and implements HR policies, conducts exit interviews to reduce turnover, supports payroll processing, and drives continuous improvement through best practices and ongoing professional development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources or organizational development
Five (5) years related experience and / or in a manufacturing organization
Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related manufacturing
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook
Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of sensitive information
Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines
Preferred
SHRM certifications a plus
