Senior LevelEdison Smart® is seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager to lead the delivery of Building Automation System (BAS) projects across the Miami – Fort Lauderdale region. This senior delivery role is responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high technical standard.

Responsibilities
Manage BAS projects end-to-end , from kickoff through commissioning and handover
Oversee project planning, scheduling, resourcing, and coordination of engineering and field teams
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Take ownership of budgets, cost control, forecasting, and reporting
Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring scope, quality, and safety compliance
Support program-level oversight where required, coordinating multiple concurrent projects
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing Building Automation / Controls projects
Strong understanding of HVAC control systems, DDC, and BAS workflows
Experience working with Niagara-based platforms, BACnet systems, or similar technologies
Solid background in project financials, change management, and client-facing delivery
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, site, and commissioning
Excellent communication and organizational skills
