Interns will work closely with farm leadership and participate in day-to-day operations, gaining meaningful exposure to real-world agricultural decision-making.

Responsibilities
Assist in grain handling, storage, and logistics
Support daily operations throughout the planting, spraying, and harvest season
Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance to ensure cleanliness and efficiency around the farm
Assist in the repair of critical farm equipment
Qualification
Required
Must be a current UK student to apply for this position
Strong work ethic and willingness to work long hours during peak seasons
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks daily
Preferred
Pursuing a career in agriculture, or majoring in a similar space
Previous experience in operating heavy equipment (forklift, tractors)
Familiarity with grain storage systems (augers, grain bins, and elevators)
Prior experience in farming or agricultural operations
