Senior HR Recruiter
Foxconn Assembly, LLC is a leading company in the manufacturing sector, and they are seeking a Senior HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment activities. This role involves developing talent acquisition strategies, managing recruitment processes, and partnering with leadership to meet workforce needs.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level positions across multiple functions, including high-volume roles Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce plans, and hiring priorities
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, agencies, and professional networks
Screen, interview, and assess candidates using competency-based and behavioral interviewing techniques
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at career events and job fairs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare regular hiring reports
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience
Negotiate job offers and support the successful closing of candidates
Implement and establish internship program to create a direct source of pre-vetted candidates for future full-time roles
Carry out additional responsibilities as required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, including senior-level or hard-to-fill roles
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicable labor legislation
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
Preferred
Industry-specific hiring experience (e.g., manufacturing)
