Responsibilities

Main responsibilities will be developing and managing Computational Electromagnetic SW
Candidate must be able to work within a small team environment, work with outside contractors, consultants
Provide effective presentation and written evaluations to internal customers to show capabilities of the product concept
Interface with customers to understand the requirements of their needs
Feedback on product performance and market gaps back to the marketing and engineering teams
This candidate must work closely with other internal development programs within KLA to lead development, testing & capability deployment

Required

Doctorate (Academic) in the physical sciences or engineering with at least 2 years of experience
Experience developing and managing Computational Electromagnetics SW
Strong background in theory and application of Electromagnetics concepts
Proficient in numerical simulations in computational Electromagnetics
Strong background in computer programming, especially in performance profiling, memory optimization, and parallel computing
Proficient in C++ and python, especially in writing production-quality, object-oriented code
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years

Preferred

Experience with GPU programming is a strong plus
Experience in semiconductors (electrical properties, manufacturing, and metrology) is a plus
Ability and willingness to travel worldwide to support projects at customer sites is a plus
