Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and close
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals aligned with customer business objectives
Position BizBone's ERP capabilities as an integrated solution that supports operational efficiency, compliance, and growth
Conduct ongoing market research to identify new prospects, emerging trends, and competitive landscape insights
Generate new leads through networking, outbound outreach, industry events, and referrals
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools
Provide regular reporting on sales activity, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts to leadership
Track performance metrics and adjust sales strategies to improve conversion rates and outcomes
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align messaging and go-to-market strategies
Participate in sales meetings, product training, and enablement sessions to remain current on platform enhancements and industry developments

Required

Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within enterprise software, SaaS, or ERP solutions

Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
Working knowledge of consultative or solution-selling methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, or similar)
Understanding of government contracting, capture management, or business development processes is required for selling into regulated markets
