Responsibilities
Serve as the Economic Assistance County Director for the Smith County MDHS office
Responsible for the county-level TANF and SNAP eligibility processes
Maintain positive relationships with local government, businesses, etc
Oversee county office employees
Resolve client complaints, as needed
Ensure reports are completed, and bills are submitted timely
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing and training teams

Preferred
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree
4-6 years of experience
1-2 years of supervisory experience
