Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable services and infrastructure that integrate with advanced ML models to enable agentic decision-making and real-time interactions
Optimize system performance for low-latency inference and high reliability, ensuring seamless customer experiences at scale
Collaborate with science partners to translate model requirements into robust engineering solutions, including data pipelines, APIs, and feature-serving systems
Drive software engineering best practices to ensure maintainability, extensibility, and operational excellence for the agentic system
Qualification
Required
5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
Preferred
5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
