Responsibilities
Provide sales, marketing, capital raising, and commercial services to support the growth of the company
Engage with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Develop and manage sales pipelines, contributing to the company’s revenue growth
Attend business meetings, conferences, and conference calls on behalf of the company
Draft, review, and advise on promotional and informational documentation
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth
Comply with all company policies, industry regulations, and best practices
Identify and report any concerns related to compliance, ethics, or business operations
Qualification
Required
This position is exclusively open to Uruguayan citizens
Candidates must be fluent in English
Strong desire to see customer success, engage with new customers, and continuously improve sales numbers
At least 2 years of experience in sales roles in financial services or related fields
An understanding of, or a willingness to learn about, blockchain technology, financial exchanges, and precious metals
Ability to be flexible with working hours
Preferred
Proficiency in additional languages will be considered an advantage
