Answer over 80 inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers
Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries during calls
Maintain performance goals and metrics
Become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1+ year work experience in a relevant field
Previous experience in medical billing, customer service, or call center environment preferred
Experience in a high-volume call environment with multiple computer applications
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with patients regarding medical information
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable
Previous work experience in insurance claims or EOB processing
Familiarity with fast-paced environments and multitasking
