Assistant/Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering (Indianapolis)
Purdue University is launching a new initiative, Purdue Computes, to advance excellence in Computing, Physical Artificial Intelligence, and Semiconductors. They are seeking a tenure-track/tenured Assistant/Associate Professor to conduct original research, advise graduate students, and teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Qualification
Required
Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline by the employment start date

Mid-career applicants should demonstrate a sustained record of independent research within academic or industrial organizations
Contributions to education and/or mentoring
Conduct original research
Advise graduate students
Teach undergraduate and graduate level courses
Perform service at the School, College, and University levels
Preferred
Exceptional candidates in Electrical and Computer Engineering
Particular areas of interest include Autonomy and Controls, Software Engineering, and Computer Vision
