Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of clinical and development-focused roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand evolving business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates with experience in oncology drug development and clinical research environments
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with Immunome’s values
Coordinate interview logistics, gather feedback, and facilitate timely hiring decisions
Ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate and compliant records within the applicant tracking system
Provide market insights related to talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive intelligence
Support contract and contingent workforce hiring needs as required

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
A minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Demonstrated experience recruiting clinical, or development-focused roles within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments
Experience supporting contract-based and contingent hiring models
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Ability to work on-site in Bothell a minimum of one day per week

Preferred

Strong understanding of research, clinical research, clinical development, and drug development functions within an oncology-focused organization, preferred
Experienced utilizing a variety of candidate sourcing tools and platforms
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
