Responsibilities
Identify and correct inaccurate, incomplete, or duplicate MRO data
Conduct internet research and leverage supplier/manufacturer resources to validate item information
Categorize MRO items accurately within the system
Review existing records to determine whether items already exist; update records or create new ones as needed
Use the Integrity tool to:
Add new items
Update existing item records
Modify item attributes and details
Meet productivity and quality goals established by the Project Manager
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines
Comfortable performing independent research
Ability to follow structured processes and meet performance targets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
