Responsibilities
Addresses complex inquiries and partners with employee-owners to resolve issues effectively
Supports compliance and government reporting by ensuring accurate documentation and execution of processes aligned with relevant policies, regulatory requirements, and internal standards
Oversees data integrity by performing regular audits and ensuring accuracy across systems and records
Contributes to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline service delivery and reduce errors
Analyzes recurring issues and proposes solutions to improve support processes
Leads special projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and employee engagement
Acts as a liaison between employee-owners and People departments to support process improvements
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in HR support or a related field
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills such as formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
Strong leadership and mentorship skills
High School diploma or GED required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
