Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and resolving system problems
Root cause analysis and correction resulting in prevention
Implementing complex vendor software upgrades
Creating and maintaining technical documentation
Automating routine tasks that the team performs
Developing an in-depth knowledge of supported systems and applications
Provides detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms
Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs
Writes code, tests and deploys software
Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software
Maintains and debugs software
Qualification
Required
WebSphere
LINUX (basic server navigation)
Oracle (read/write SQL, good understanding of RDMS concepts)
GIT/Bitbucket
Continuous integration (Jenkins, uDeploy, Artifactory)
LINUX (shell scripting)

Is willing and able to learn new tools, technologies, platforms and languages
