The Senior Supply Chain Manager will manage supply chain operations, develop operational networks, and enhance supply chain performance while fostering relationships with internal partners.

Responsibilities

Manage supply chain operations across fulfillment, transportation, and forward and reverse logistics
Develop and implement an operational network from the ground up, setting up logistics lanes, defining SLAs, and establishing scalable processes to support global expansion
Build and maintain relationships with internal partners to ensure operational alignment
Define and monitor key supply chain KPIs such as cost, speed, efficiency, on-time performance, and fulfillment rates, to drive continuous improvement
Establish and lead Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) to track performance, address bottlenecks, and implement data-driven optimizations
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively solve supply chain challenges, particularly in regions where Amazon does not currently operate
Work cross-functionally to enhance supply chain performance

Required

5+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years of supply chain experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Manage supply chain operations across fulfillment, transportation, and forward and reverse logistics
Develop and implement an operational network from the ground up, setting up logistics lanes, defining SLAs, and establishing scalable processes to support global expansion
Build and maintain relationships with internal partners to ensure operational alignment

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

Preferred

2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
