The Mechatronics Engineer will design, develop, and maintain advanced robotic systems and integrate electromechanical systems to support high-precision automation in semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement robotic systems for semiconductor equipment automation
Integrate and calibrate sensors, actuators, and motors for high-accuracy motion control
Develop and maintain PLC programs for process control and automation
Create Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) for machine control and operator interaction
Troubleshoot and optimize electromechanical systems to ensure reliability and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to deliver integrated solutions
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automated systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in robotics, motion control, and automation systems within the semiconductor or high-tech industry
Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar)
Proficiency in GUI development (e.g., C#, Python, LabVIEW, or similar tools)
Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, and motor control systems
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, OPC-UA)
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with robotic arms and vision systems for precision alignment
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom requirements
Understanding of control theory, embedded systems, and real-time programming
