GPAC is an award-winning search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries. They are seeking a high-performing Sales Director with a hunter mentality to drive new business growth for asset-based operations in the liquid chemical bulk and fuel markets.
Responsibilities
Lead new business development efforts in targeted industrial and energy markets
Sell asset-based transportation and service solutions with a consultative, value-driven approach
Identify and penetrate new accounts while building long-term customer partnerships
Collaborate with internal operations and leadership to ensure profitable growth
Represent the company professionally with customers and at industry events
Travel as needed to support customer development and closing efforts
Qualification
Required
Proven success in hunter-style sales and closing new business
Experience selling into liquid chemical bulk, fuel markets, industrial suppliers, or service networks
Background in asset-based logistics or transportation strongly preferred
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable owning a territory
Preferred
Northeast: New Jersey, Southeastern Pennsylvania
Midwest: Chicago area
Southeast: Savannah or Jacksonville
