Director of Marketing Strategy & Customer Engagement
United Digestive is seeking a visionary and results-driven marketing leader to lead their marketing strategy and customer engagement efforts. The Director of Marketing Strategy & Customer Engagement will oversee brand direction, digital marketing initiatives, and internal communications while managing a multidisciplinary team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Own and evolve the brand identity, voice, and positioning across all touchpoints
Lead concept development for creative campaigns, patient education materials, and brand storytelling efforts
Ensure brand consistency across internal initiatives, patient experiences, and market-facing assets
Develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive patient acquisition and service line growth
Oversee paid media strategy, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and conversion optimization
Use data to continuously test, refine, and scale campaigns based on performance
Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to engage referring physicians and healthcare professionals (HCPs)
Partner with field teams to identify target segments and develop tailored content that drives referrals and builds brand trust
Lead all internal communications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering employee engagement
Oversee the Marketing Support Center, serving as a responsive partner to HR, operations, and clinical departments
Provide strategic marketing counsel and execution support to cross-functional teams
Manage a multidisciplinary team of marketers, designers, and writers
Partner closely with clinical, IT, operations, and business development teams to align marketing with enterprise priorities
Report on KPIs to executive leadership, ensuring visibility into marketing ROI and growth impact
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including brand management, digital strategy, and communications
Proven track record in patient acquisition, preferably in healthcare or service industries
Experience with ABM platforms, CRM systems, and performance analytics tools
Strong creative sensibility with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling campaigns
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
