Responsibilities

Evaluate real consumer field returns to assess product performance, durability, and compliance in hands-on, lab-based investigations
Collect and analyze data from star reviews, call center feedback, and other consumer touchpoints to identify product trends and potential quality issues
Support root cause analysis efforts and contribute to problem-solving sessions that drive long-term product improvements
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to enhance product quality across design and production phases
Document findings and create clear, actionable reports using tools like SharePoint, JIRA, and Excel to support cross-functional decision-making
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on refining testing methods, validation processes, and quality control strategies
Engage in quality-focused brainstorming sessions and share insights that influence future product enhancements
Gain exposure to SharkNinja’s end-to-end product development lifecycle—from concept and testing to launch and post-market feedback
Participate in internal audits and support compliance efforts with regulatory and performance standards
Work on real product lines and gain insight into how data, testing, and customer experience shape quality at scale

Required

Current student in their third year or beyond of a bachelor's program, or currently enrolled in a master's or doctoral program
Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 4 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and draw insights from large sets of consumer and product data
Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on documentation and process accuracy
Curious, creative and flexible with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Collaborates well with cross-functional teams and communicates clearly
Curious and motivated to understand how things work and how to make them better
Proactive problem-solver with a passion for improving product performance and customer satisfaction
Thrives in a hands-on environment; eager to engage with real products and root cause investigations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Strong communication skills - ability to deliver effective presentations to all levels of management

Preferred

Familiarity with quality testing methods and tools is a plus
