InternMercedes-Benz USA is responsible for the sales, marketing and service of all Mercedes-Benz and Maybach products in the United States. The Data Analyst STAR Intern will work with the Sales Incentive & remarketing team to perform financial reporting tasks, performance analysis, and enhance data reporting capabilities related to risk minimization and vehicle sales maximization.

Responsibilities
Automating the development/delivery of core reports and KPIs
Assist with the enhancement of current reporting landscape by establishing an AWS based reporting environment
Develop regression-based prediction models of new vehicle sales and transaction prices by analyzing macroeconomic trends, market and competitive trends, new/used car supply, incentive spend, etc
Assist team members with creation and enhancement of process descriptions and work instructions
Assist with automating audit and compliance tasks
Other responsibilities as required by business unit
Qualification
Required
Must be a rising junior or rising senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program
Organized, self-starter with strong problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Background working with Python, R, SQL, and AWS
Experience using Business Intelligence/Data Visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
