Area Sales Manager
Performance Food Group is a broadline distributor that maintains strong relationships with local customers, including independent restaurants and hotels. The Area Sales Manager will manage a geographical sales territory, develop business plans, and ensure budgeted sales and profit objectives are achieved.
Responsibilities
Manages a geographical sales territory ensuring that independent and regional account business is developed and budgeted sales and profit objectives are achieved
Regularly calls on existing and potential customers
Develops and executes business plans
Effectively manages time and resources to attain results
Builds business through support of company branded product
Manages pricing and monitors credit term compliance
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
6-12 months sales/marketing and/or restaurant experience
Valid Driver's License
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sales/Marketing, or related area
1-2 years of foodservice sales experience
