Responsibilities

Implement and support community engagement strategies to grow and nurture LATAM online communities across platforms such as social media, forums, and online groups
Actively monitor and respond to community feedback, inquiries, and conversations in English, Spanish, and (if possible) Portuguese, representing our brand voice and values
Stay up to date on LATAM social media trends, platform updates, and community management best practices
Create and curate engaging, culturally relevant content including posts, polls, contests, and community activations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer support, and product to share community insights and advocate for LATAM audience needs
Identify opportunities for user-generated content, testimonials, and case studies within LATAM markets
Assist the Latin America Social Media Team on special projects supporting regional marketing strategies
Track and analyze community sentiment, engagement metrics, and performance to help inform future strategies

Required

Current student in an associate's, bachelor's, master's, or doctorate program, or has graduated within the past year
Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in New York City's Flatiron District
Fluent Spanish speaker required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and adapt to various communication styles
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with community members, address concerns, and resolve conflicts diplomatically
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tool
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred

Portuguese proficiency (conversational+) is a strong plus
