Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex, cross-functional product requirements for Spectrum’s services and applications
Apply digital best practices in accessibility, usability, requirement writing, agile development, software product management, web analytics, and product lifecycle management
Translate industry-leading product development knowledge into actionable strategies that fit Spectrum’s unique market position
Diagnose and resolve complex issues, recommending optimal solutions to enhance product effectiveness
Shape the direction of Spectrum’s product offerings while advocating for excellence across all areas
Evaluate proposed features and enhancements, prioritizing decisions that benefit the digital user experience and align with consumer interests
Develop and communicate product strategies for new services and features to drive financial outcomes
Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders in product, marketing, and customer operations to implement strategic initiatives
Use data-driven insights to influence priorities and measure success

Required

Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
5+ years Product development/management
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to adapt to a new environment and make an impact quickly, manage and foster change, influence large, cross-functional teams in order to achieve business goals and results, listen to multiple points of view and synthesize against goals for recommendations, plan, prioritize and organize effectively and independently, drive multiple projects and tasks, make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure, show judgment and initiative, accomplish job duties, strategize solutions based on data analysis
In-depth foundation in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
In-depth knowledge of digital SDLC tools such as JIRA
Demonstrates strong business sense and sense of urgency to achieve business results

Preferred

MBA
Technical degree related to the telecommunications field or operational/process optimization
Product Management and/or Product Development Experience Required, preferably in Cable, Telecommunications, Software or Web Services
Telecom experience
