Supported Employment Supervisor
Link Associates is a community-based non-profit organization that provides services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. The Employment Supervisor is responsible for the implementation and supervision of Employment Programs to ensure compliance with standards, while overseeing staff and ensuring quality service delivery to participants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead area staff to manage and administer programs and services consistent with licensure and accreditation bodies, evaluate the results of overall operations regularly, and systematically report results
Ensure quality and timeliness of employment services
Ensure necessary supplies are maintained
Assist with on-site training and orientation for persons served
Assist with wage/hour and time studies as directed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Services, or related field with two (2) years related successful work experience and one (1) year of supervisory experience. Exceptions must receive prior approval from the Executive Director
Must hold or complete CESP (Certified Employment Support Professional) credential within first year of employment in this position
Must complete 9.5 hours of approved training within 6 months & annually thereafter
Must meet agency policy on transportation, background checks, and provide on-going proof of personal vehicle insurance
Must meet agency medication manager certification
