Leading the organization’s data governance, ensuring the quality and integrity of data, and overseeing the development and execution of the data management strategy
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data strategy with organizational goals
Implementing data policies and supporting data science initiatives to derive actionable insights that drive decision-making
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Data Governance, with in-depth knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards specific to the healthcare industry
Exceptional Analytical Skills, with a demonstrated ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions
Comprehensive experience in Data Management, including structuring, organizing, and storing large sets of data
Proficiency in ensuring Data Quality and implementing frameworks to maintain data accuracy and integrity
Knowledge of Data Science concepts and ability to develop and guide machine learning models and analytics strategies
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and effectively communicate complex data concepts
Preferred
Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is highly desirable
Prior experience in the healthcare or health technology sector is a strong advantage
