Lead/StaffPeriscope Search Group is a fast-growing early-stage digital wellness startup helping children build healthy habits through gamified learning, and they’re seeking a Technology Lead. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, responsible for owning the full technology vision and execution across architecture, engineering, and scaling initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead all product engineering from planning to deployment
Define and implement the technical roadmap for scalability and performance
Own and evolve the MERN stack and AWS serverless architecture
Ensure platform reliability, efficiency, and security
Align technical efforts with business strategy
Build and mentor an engineering team
Provide hands-on guidance for architecture and implementation decisions
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in full-stack JavaScript (MERN: MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
Strong AWS knowledge (Amplify, S3, Elastic Beanstalk, serverless)
Experience with interactive/gamified tools like p5.js
Proven track record in fast-paced startup environments
Strong communication and technical leadership skills
Preferred
Team-building experience is a strong plus
