Leader Product Manager - Collateral Examination
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join their Asset Based Lending Product team. The role involves leading complex initiatives, conducting market research, overseeing risk management, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive new initiatives and achieve project goals.

Responsibilities
Lead complex initiatives including establishing new capabilities and enhancements for the ABL product
Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services
Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity
Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Preferred
5+ years of experience in asset-based lending, including managing field exam processes for the ABL product and associated risks
Proven ability to lead and execute initiatives involving technology process improvements and operational efficiency evidenced through implementation in business processes
Extensive experience managing collateral risk exposure and identifying prospect and client risks through diligence and monitoring processes
Strong background in data-driven analysis and predictive modeling
Expertise in statistical methods, machine learning, and quantitative analysis to inform strategic decisions
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, credit officers, and senior management to achieve project goals
