Responsibilities
Complete company-provided training covering solar fundamentals, utility bill analysis, and proven sales strategies
Identify, qualify, and convert residential prospects using a consultative, customer-first approach
Conduct in-person consultations to evaluate homeowner needs and recommend customized solar solutions
Clearly explain system performance, financial savings, tax incentives, and financing options
Prepare and present personalized solar proposals with projected energy savings
Manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups using CRM and mobile tools
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with homeowners
A positive, coachable attitude with a desire to grow and improve
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing your own schedule
Proficiency with smartphones, apps, and basic computer tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
