New Grad, Entry LevelMBS Keystone is seeking a POS Service Technician & Salesperson to provide both phone and on-site technical support for restaurant and retail establishments. The role involves installing and maintaining Point of Sale systems, network, phone, and camera systems while also engaging in sales activities.

Responsibilities
Provide both phone and on-site technical support for restaurant and retail establishments
Install and maintain a variety of POS systems
Install and maintain VOIP phone systems
Provide in office & onsite services and customer training
Resolving network level issues: WAN/LAN connectivity, switches, routers
Candidate will stage and test systems prior to installation
Qualification
Required
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Strong oral and written communications
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees

Install and maintain VOIP phone systems

Install and maintain a variety of POS systems
Overall knowledge of current PC hardware
Microsoft operating systems
Network Technologies (switches/routers)
Cat5 Termination / Structured Cabling
Candidate must be able to travel to sites/customers as required and possess a valid PA driver's license with a clean driving record
Candidate must be able to pass a background check
Candidate will be part of an after hours on-call rotation
Candidate will stage and test systems prior to installation
Phone, vehicle, and benefits provided after completion of probation
M-F 8 - 4:30
On Call After Hours M-F 4:30 - 11 PM
Sat & Sun 8 AM -11 PM

Basic understanding of restaurant operations is helpful
